Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms chicken drummettes


  • 2-3 tbsp corn flour


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1-2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp tandoori masala


  • 1/4 tsp red orange colour-optional


  • 1-2 tsp salt to taste approx


  • 500 ml oil for deep fry

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl take butter milk , salt amd chicken drummettes ..mix well and keep covered aside for half an hour
  • Later remove excess water from it and with the help of a knife ,scratch down the flesh
  • Now in a mixing bowl take corn flour, ginger garlic paste, red orange colour, tandoori masala, red chilli powder , salt to taste and little water
  • Mix it well to prepare a thick paste
  • Now dip all merinated chicken drummettes in to tjis paste
  • Heat sufficient oil and deep fry all chicken drummettes on low heat till done and starts floating on top
  • Wrap silver foil on tapering end of drummettes to give it a lollypop shape
  • Serve hot immediately with your favourite Dip or chutney and enjoy endlessly with family and friends
